There are several usecases you can accomplish with the SMS sequences:
- Meeting creation confirmation
- Reminding unconfirmed attendees
- Reminding before the start time
You can also set up these sequences to change depending on the calendar title or description. Set up these sequences to ensure that your contacts will be aware and ready to join your meeting (and reduce no-shows)
The sequences configuration options can be found in the 'message templates' tab. Here you can set up as many templates as you need and even configure them specific to custom calendars or keywords.
