Message sending limits

There are currently no limits on the number of messages you can send. However, keep these best practices in mind:

• Avoid message fatigue -- sending too many messages to the same contact can lead to a poor experience.
• Contacts can opt out -- any contact can unsubscribe by replying "STOP" to a message.

Make sure your template settings are configured correctly so messages only go out when they should.
