Troubleshoot missing messages
Walk through the most common reasons why messages aren't appearing in your sending calendar.

If no messages are showing up in your sending calendar, work through these checks:
- Correct calendars connected? Make sure the right calendars are selected in your integration settings.
- Attendee email in your CRM? The email on the calendar invite must match a contact in your connected CRM.
- Contact has a phone number? The matched CRM contact needs a phone number on file for SMS delivery.
- Message template configured? Confirm you have an active message template with the correct event filters applied.
If all four checks pass and messages still aren't appearing, reach out to support.
