Set up integrations

You can integrate several types of connections with Aardvark. Some of the available integrations include:

• Google Calendar
• Outlook Calendar
• HubSpot

Connecting to your Google Calendar account

Conecting to your Google Calendar account will allow for the SMS automation to take place. To connect to your Google Calendar account, go to your integrations page and select the Google Calendar button. You will be prompted to accept permissions for Aardvark to see your calendar invite and attendees. Based on this info, we can tell when new events are created and who has accepted/declined the invitations. (See more on automated sequences).

Connecting to your Outlook Calendar account

Conecting to your Outlooks Calendar account will allow for the SMS automation to take place. To connect to your Outlook Calendar account, go to your integrations page and select the Outlook Calendar button. You will be prompted to accept permissions for Aardvark to see your calendar invite and attendees. Based on this info, we can tell when new events are created and who has accepted/declined the invitations. (See more on automated sequences).

Connecting to your HubSpot account

Conecting to your HubSpot account will allow for the CRM to link to your automation so that any email associated with your calendar invitation will link to the HubSpot contact's phone number.
