Purchase a dedicated phone number
Buy a local phone number so your team can send from a recognizable number and receive message replies.

Purchasing a dedicated phone number lets you send from a specific local number and forward replies to your primary phone. By default, all users send from the shared communal number, which cannot receive replies.
Buy and assign a number
- Go to your team page.
- Click the dropdown for one of your users.

- Click Manage numbers for your account.

- Select the team member phone dropdown.

- Click Buy Unique Numbers.

- Select a number to purchase.

- Confirm the purchase.
- Assign the number by clicking the dropdown next to the user and selecting the newly purchased number.

- Click Save changes.
