Phone number lookup logic

This applies to HubSpot-connected accounts.

When a meeting is scheduled, Aardvark searches HubSpot using the attendee's email address and checks for a valid phone number in this order:

1. Mobile phone field (checked first)
2. Phone field (fallback)

The first valid number found is used to deliver the SMS reminder.
