Use special fields in message templates

Special fields let you personalize message content by dynamically inserting contact and meeting details into your SMS copy.

Available fields

• Rep name -- pulls the contact owner's name from HubSpot
• Interval -- shows how long until the meeting starts (based on when the SMS is sent)
• Event date/time -- inserts the meeting date and time
• Link -- includes a landing page URL with event details
