Import contacts from CSV

You can bulk-import contacts into Aardvark by uploading a CSV file. Follow these steps to get your file formatted and imported.

1. Open the CSV uploader

On the Contacts tab, click the Upload CSV button in the top-right corner.

2. Format your CSV

Your CSV must have these exact column headers in this order:

• company
• first
• last
• email
• phone

3. Save as CSV

Make sure to save or export your spreadsheet as a .csv file (not .xlsx or .xls).

4. Upload and import

Select your CSV file and the contacts will automatically populate your CRM.
