How to add Google Meet links to your message templates

Go to your Google calendar settings and set up Google Meet to be turned on by default https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/1/r/settings

Then when creating a calendar invite, select the 'add video conferencing' button

In your message templates set the meeting_loc field

If you don't wish to add the Google meeting settings, you can use the location field and paste the Google meet link there instead
